A painting can preserve a person, a place or a moment in a way that a photograph simply cannot.
Stuart accepts select commissions for original paintings created from photographs, ideas and subjects that have personal meaning to the client.
A commissioned painting can make a meaningful gift for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, retirement, milestone or other special occasion — or simply provide a lasting way to remember a person, pet or place that matters to you.
1. START WITH AN IDEA
Contact Stuart to discuss what you have in mind. You may already have a particular photograph or subject, or you may want to discuss possibilities.
2. DISCUSS THE PAINTING
Together, you can discuss the subject, size, medium, composition and overall direction of the painting.
3. APPROVAL & CREATION
Once the details are agreed upon, Stuart begins creating the original work.
4. YOUR FINISHED PAINTING
When the painting is complete, arrangements are made for delivery, shipping or local pickup.
